How are the tickets delivered?

After purchasing your ticket on-line, you should print your confirmation screen and this will act as your receipt. An Anglo-Scottish Travel representative will contact you to arrange delivery of your ticket(s). Options include Airport Pick-up, regular mail, over-night courier, or three-day courier service.

Will I have to give my credit card information over the net?

Yes, it is necessary. It is just as safe using your card on our site as it is at your favourite restaurant - maybe even safer. Moreover, the rules regulating credit card usage are the same on the Internet as they are for other utilities. You would be responsible for no more than $50 in the event of fraud.

With a single click you can access Anglo.ca and see all your transactions protected by SSL technology protocols and normal private network security systems. I saw an ad for a flight with a better price. Why is it that I do not get this price via Anglo.ca?

There are two possible reasons:

1. Firstly, we only display available seats. It is possible that the price you saw is now sold out.
   
2. Secondly, it is possible that a special fare is being offered by a re-seller that has already purchased seats from an airline and which they are re-selling to the public.

I know that this airline has a flight for this time, but it is not listed on Anglo.ca. Why?

We only show available seats. If the flight is sold out, it will not be displayed.
